			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://173.203.107.88/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/butterfly026.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-534" title="butterfly026" src="http://173.203.107.88/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/butterfly026.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="284" /></a><span id="more-533"></span>So if you watched the <a href="http://blog.archiversonline.com/blog/2010/02/18/gcd-chip-art-tool-how-to/" target="_blank">video</a> of me working with the new Chip Art Tool designed by <a href="http://melodyross.typepad.com/" target="_blank">Melody Ross</a>, you got to see just how easy it is and how many different things you can do with it.  I absolutely LOVE the flower petal and flower center sets, which is what I was using in the video.  I thought I better make something with the butterfly I worked on, so I ended up with this congratulations card (super easy to add rub-ons over the top of the Mod-Podge)!  I got to incorporate my other favorite product of the moment, too&#8230;fabric!  This piece is from a K&amp;Co. swatch book.</p>
