It’s Monday so you know what that means…Scrap-Lift Time! I’ve had this page in my idea binder for a couple years and I think I’ve used about 4 times (which is a lot for me)!

Thought I would start the week off with some funky “rock star” themed cards. I scrap-lifted the idea from a card magazine. The first one I made looked very similar to the one in the magazine. I then took the idea a step further, using medium and large squares. along with bright fun colors and “rock star” embellishments and rub-ons. I have lots of teenage sons and nephews who all think they are Jimmy Hendrix so these will be perfect for birthdays etc. (glad they don’t read our blog!)

Just as I promised, here is my scaplifted page using 4×6 photos. It’s from page 43 in the “CK Super fast pages using 4×6 photos” magazine. Very simple layout. I love the results.
Supplies DCWV patterned paper, Bazzill cardstock, My Mind’s Eye rub-ons, Quickutz fonts: Blossom and Rollerskate, computer journaling Bradley font.
I’ve also added another layout using 4×6 photos, this one original. Also very simple, but stinkin adorable!
I’m on a roll…
