Have I mentioned lately that I love Tim Holtz? Because I love Tim Holtz! He always has the coolest new products and fantastic new techniques to go along with those products. How can you not love him!

This month at Archiver’s – yes the WHOLE MONTH – we’re having Tim Holtz Demo Weekends. Every weekend, starting right now this minute (no joke!), our stores will be showing off great Tim Holtz products and techniques. This weekend it’s the Distress Stains and Kraft Resist papers – they’re such cool products, you just have to check them out!

We are so excited about this month we can’t even stand it! Every weekend will feature different products and different techniques – you CANNOT miss this Tim Holtz-tastic month at Archiver’s! If you don’t live near an Archiver’s store, check out all the great Tim Holtz products available on the Annex!

Flowers, flowers, and more flowers!

This weekend (starting today and going through Monday the 21st) Archiver’s is having a Make and Take event and you get to create THREE FREE PROJECTS! One of these projects is a McGill flower…and for those of you that haven’t made a McGill flower or twelve, you HAVE to check these out! They’re so stinkin’ cool! But just wait…I have exciting news…

Soon and very soon, there will be new punches hitting stores and a brand new flower board to show you 9 spectacular new flowers! That’s right. I said it. MORE MCGILL FLOWERS!! I think I can get away with showing you all a sneak peak of a couple flowers. Afterall, you’re the cool ones that read the blog so you should get a preview of what’s to come in stores!

Pick of the week: ScrapFest!

We’ve been hard at work for months getting ready for ScrapFest and finally the time has come that we get to share all of this year’s details with you! ScrapFest is planned for September 17 – 19 at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. It’s an annual event that brings scrapbookers, cardmakers and papercrafters together from all over the world; literally, we’ve had people travel from Australia, Brazil, Canada, and all over the US, that’s how much fun this event is!Have you been to www.ScrapFest10.com yet? All the details are there; you can find out about fun crops during the weekend, get a sneak peek of the creative experts and the people behind the brands you love that will be there, and also check out all the Create-it Workshop options. Even though ScrapFest doesn’t happen until September, you need to get going now if you’re planning to come! Here is your to-do list:

FRIDAY: Check out our website for details, then call and sign up for the Kick-off Crop and/or the Crop Around Town. Seats are filling FAST, so hurry!

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: Get some photos organized and work on your scrapbooks. (Not a ScrapFest-specific-to-do, but a fun weekend activity anyway!)

MONDAY: Check out all the Create-it Workshops available at ScrapFest, call your scrapping buddies, and plan your itinerary!

TUESDAY: Get up early (7:00 am) and register for Create-it Workshops at ScrapFest. Then, get yourself some breakfast and relax, knowing that you’re registered for the coolest event of the year!
