Die Cutting

Is it gloomy in your neck of the woods?  Minnesota is pretty dreary today…

So I thought I’d share this cheery, tropical invitation idea with you!

These were made for a destination wedding in Mexico using the QuicKutz Sunset die.  It’s hard to tell in the photo, but the invitation on the left uses Distress embossing powder to create the look of sand and the invitation on the right uses a glitter paper.  Both use pearls (colored with a Copic marker) as coconuts.  There are SO many ways to use dies, it’s unbelievable.

Stop by your local Archiver’s now through Monday, March 26th to try out the new nesting dies (which are wonderful) from Lifestyle Crafts and enter to win some great prizes!  Plus, for the first time ever, we’re offering the Big Shot for $69.99!

Happy die-cutting!

Check out the video HERE (and don’t laugh at me too much – it was my first one!)  For more great tips and tricks, stop by your local Archiver’s, write on our Facebook wall, and very soon, you can Ask Robin!  Happy Crafting!
