If I had to pick (ha!), this would be my absolute favorite Pick of the Week.

It’s the FIRST EVER, Archiver’s Monthly Kit: Designer Favorites Kit – Volume 1!  All of the products in the kit were chosen by the Archiver’s Design Team.  It’s fantastic and you’ll only find this kit at Archiver’s and Archivers Annex.

It’s available in VERY LIMITED quantities in stores and on the Annex, so don’t miss out!  Get a kit (or two or three) before they’re gone.

This kit comes with cardstock, patterned paper, a whole set of Hardcover Thickers (my favorite font!), embellishments galore (including a roll of tape, which I can’t get enough of), a sheet with directions for an adorable layout and even more amazing inspiration, and so much more.  Here’s one of the layouts (click on the image to see it larger):

Seriously.

Don’t miss out.

My Pick of the Week is more of a Sneak of the Week…

It’s the brand new, first ever, Archiver’s Exclusive monthly kit!

Seriously.

I love every single item in this kit.  It’s everything you need to make cards, layouts, paper-crafting projects, you name it.  Amazing products and endless possibilities.

We’re going to have limited quantities available on the Annex, so be sure to watch your email for all the details.  And definitely don’t wait to get one (or two or three), because once it’s gone, it’s gone.  Plus, we’ve got free shipping on the Annex for orders $75 or more.

National Scrapbooking Day is just around the corner!

Are you as excited as I am?

Last week seriously got away from me!  I have NO IDEA where the time went.  Don’t you hate that?

Pin of the Week is back! (I’m really sorry for missing last week’s post, but hopefully you’ve all been pinning and crafting and crafting and pinning!)

I’m really trying to stretch myself and look at things differently AND not be afraid to try new things.  Remember that list of 29 Ways to Stay Creative?  It’s posted on my cork board right next to my desk.  It hasn’t made it into a frame yet, but that’s still on my to do list.

So I have three pins today.  They’re all quilts and I love the patterns on them:

Any of these designs would be so cool on a scrapbook layout, card, some kind of wall art, anything.  Again, that’s why I love Pinterest so much.  Endless inspiration and endless possibilities.

I don’t have any crafty creations with these pins yet.  Emphasis on the yet.  I’d really like to do something with the mosaic, but I’m thinking I’d use it as a border around a page instead of covering the entire page. I’m also really liking the “flying geese” pattern.  I think it would look really cool with bold, bright, in your face patterns and colors, and maybe a black and white photo.  Or even really similar, subtle patterns and colors and a bold photo.  Definitely on my “to try” list.

Stay tuned.

I have a whole tote full of letter stickers in all shapes and sizes.

AND there are more floating around my apartment in bags and random totes and in Culynn’s SMASH stuff.

They’re everywhere.

I’m way excited about this week’s Pick of the Week…they’re one of my absolute new favorites:

SO STINKIN’ CUTE!

They’re an adorable, little size and great for layouts, cards, SMASH books, you name it.

Check out all the fantastic colors!

Plus.  They’re sticky enough that you can move them around if you don’t like where you originally placed them.  Do you ever have that problem with some letters?  You stick them down, want to move them, and they’ve lost all the stick?  No good.  No good at all.

Wishing you all a very Happy Easter this weekend!

It’s that time again…Pin of the Week time!

I thought it was only fitting to have an Easter-themed pin since it’s only a few days away…

It’s the “Egg-stra cute ideas!” board from Archiver’s!

So many cute ideas to get you started on Easter projects, or to inspire you after the holiday is over!

What kind of crafty projects are you working on this spring?  Anything exciting?

Happy Pinning!

Has spring sprung in your neck of the woods?

It sure has in Minnesota and I think everyone is coming out of hibernation (not that we really needed to with this winter that wasn’t) and I’ve been wearing my flips flops for about a week.

My Pick of the Week is very springy, and cheery, and is great for any project you might have going on…

My Mind’s Eye 6×6 paper pads

These are part of the new collections from My Mind’s Eye and seriously, I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love these patterns and colors.  As most of you know, I’m working on my honeymoon album, and the “On the Bright Side” collection is PERFECT for all things St. Maarten.  The orange, diagonal paper in the lower right corner?  I think I bought three sheets…and then went back and bought another two (partly because I don’t have enough orange paper in my stash, partly because I love it so much, and partly because I forgot I had already bought it).

If you haven’t checked out these great collections, you’re missing out!  There are amazing 6×6 paper pads, gorgeous 12×12 papers, embellishments galore, and I’m pretty sure you’re going to love all of it.

Happy Friday!

Oh my word.

A bunch of new goodies have been added to the Annex…and this one is just too cute.  I kind of can’t stand how cute this border punch is…hence the reason I picked it for this week’s Annex Pick of the Week:

Check out the other adorable styles from Jenni Bowlin and Fiskars…they’re probably just ask cute:

I love border punches and I love that they can be a bold statement on a page or they can be super subtle.

Check out the rest of the border and edge punches on the Annex: http://www.archiversannex.com/Punches-And-Crafting-Tools/Border-And-Edge-Punches/default.aspx?PageID=20&CategoryID=106

Happy Friday!

Oh my goodness.

Christmas is 15 days away (if you don’t count today or Christmas Day)!

Have you sent your Christmas or Holiday cards yet?  Are the presents wrapped and ready to go?

Mine aren’t.  :/  But we’re getting there.  I still have a couple of weeks AND we’re celebrating Christmas with the South Dakota fam over New Year’s.  Extra time.  Yes.

Today’s Pick of the Week will hopefully make Christmas cards a bit easier on you…

I love getting handmade cards from family and friends! Because I, too, am a card-maker, I can appreciate all the thought and effort that goes into making a one-of-a-kind card for someone you care about. I’ve received lots of handmade cards in the past, but little did I know that last weekend, I was going to receive a SUPER special handmade card that is in a category all its own!
