My inspiration for this mini album would be my 85 year old mom. She is beginning to forget many things, so I would like to use this album for images and “hooks” about family members(especially Grandkids) so she can have a visual reminder when she gets confused. My target completion date would be July 1, as that is her birthday month. Thanks for this opportunity.

Thanks! -
I have resisted scrapbooking because it seems so overwhelming, but have recently thought about doing these smaller projects to mark special events in our lives. Then the scrapbooks feel less demanding and more special. The first I would do would probably be an album celebrating mine & my husband’s 5th wedding anniversary coming up in May.
-
This is definitely the style for my now 16 yo daughter!
-
Our family’s annual summer vacation!

I love this project. My first thought were about which child’s wedding or which of 9 grandchildren would I dedicate this album. Then I immediately thought of my dh of 43 years. I really want to chronicle our life together. There is so much to cover, but I think the So Simple project workshop is a perfect way to start. This is a way to start with the highlights.
-
I LOVE this album its PERFECT for the pictures from my brother’s wedding in August! My husband, sons and myself were all in the wedding and I have been trying to come up with something special to do with our pictures from the wedding and this is perfect and the colors coordinate perfectly with their chocolate and cream colored wedding!!

-
I’d like to make a special album for my son to remind him of all the reasons he’s special to all the people in his life who love him. He’s been dealing with a bully at school and it’s hurting his self-esteem. This would be a great reminder that he is special and loved!
-
My inspiration when I saw this was my son’s recent trip to England. He is in college and he went and studied there for a month. He has wonderful photos that I know he will never display, but I could do it for him with this prize. Thank you so much for giveaway.

I used to make mini books for my Mom and fill them with pictures of the kids and grand-kids. Now I am going to make one with pictures of Mom! Yellow was her favorite color and I knew when I saw this book on display at Archiver’s, that it would be perfect. I am going to make 3 books; One for myself and one each for my two sisters!
-
This album is perfect for creating an album featuring the women in my family. As I have gotten older (not gonna say how old!) my relationship with my mother and sister has grown tremendously. Even though we do not live in the same town, we make it a point to get together frequently to do something fun. My sister and I have an annual mini-vacation called “Sisters Seeking Serenity” to recharge our connection and recharge our batteries. That is my inspiration. Thanks, Archivers!
-
I would do my wedding. I am always concentrating on pictures of my kids that I forget about all the great pictures from when my husband and I were dating all the way up to our wedding.
-
This is a cute little book. I would use it as an inspirational album (including Bible quotes) and give it to my granddaughter at graduation – hopefully to take away to college.
-
This is a beautiful album and a perfect start to scrapbooking for me! My inspiration may be my upcoming 50th birthday or my 30th wedding anniversary or my son’s 13th birthday….whatever it it will be, it will be an inspiration.
-
I have been toying with a “Then and Now” book. This has a nice mix of old and new looks.
-
This album is the perfect incentive for me to start an album I’ve been thinking about doing for a very long time. I have yet to scrap anything for myself. I have so many single, simple memories from my life that are important to me that I want my future generations to know were highlights in my life. For example, the first sunset picture I ever took — it’s not the best one I’ve taken, but it’s the one that started me taking them. Or, a memorial page for Mr. Pumpkin who died recently; without him life in my hometown the weekend before Halloween each year would not be what it is today. Or perhaps my favorite picture of grandpa in his worn out coveralls standing outside the hen house with his faithful dog at his side. It’s the perfect album for the little things in life that don’t require a two page 12×12 layout to get the message across.
-
I have been in love with the smaller 6×6 paper pads since they first came out–there are so many to choose from, now! Although I love stamping and collage art, I’ve wanted to learn how to scrapbook because I have 11 grandchildren, and would love to make them all little memory books . . . this would be perfect for a start! On another note, I am so glad Archiver’s Annex was born because we don’t have any Archivers in my state, and it is my all-time favorite store to shop at when I visit my family out of state. Good luck to everyone with this very generous giveaway!
-

We move a lot, and the idea that I had was for a book of pictures of the places that our family has called home. The colors of the book complement our decorating, so it would be on the coffee table for our family to pick up and remember places that we have lived.

This is the perfect album to document my childhood memories. It’s size makes it easy to complete. I think it’s important that we put our own story in an album. I just love the 6 x 6 album. It would be perfect for a scrapbook I have been putting off for two years. My daughter was married in 2010 and I have a lot of little things that were made and done for her shower and wedding along with photos. One of her colors was yellow. I am more of a cardmaker than a scrapbooker and it would not be such an overwhelming size to start with.
Always love shopping in the Southport store. Everyone is so helpful.

From the moment I saw this class was being offered, I knew that I would love to make an album of just me and my daughter, on our “special girls’ only days.” Since I am a single mom of 2 boys and 1 girl, our special mom and daughter time seems to be less frequent. Her birthday is coming up and she has asked to go scrapbooking at Archiver’s-just her and I! It would be so meaningful to have a special album to scrap our special girls’ only days. Thanks so much for the chance to win!

A very deal friend died last night of Alzheimers related illness and I’m in a very reflective mood. I would use this album to celebrate his life and remember the good times rather than the last few years of his illness.

To be perfectly honest and not intending to offend anyone, the colors are not attractive to me. However, in person, it may be more attractive than it appears in a photo.

must be fate
I clicked on the blog link and saw the album and the song on my Ipod came on: Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Israel Kamakaw. This is one of my best friend’s favorite songs. I lost her almost two years ago to cancer and this was played at her funeral. Not a coincidence that this album’s colors and style are totally her personality and I think it would be a great album to do with pictures of her to give to her daughters. -
This album is beautiful. I would love to document what my 3 boys have taught me about life and the life lessons that God has shown me through them. They are the best gift that I have ever received and I would love for them to know how much I love them, how blessed I am to be there mom and for them to have a story through a scrapbook that will be here for them long after that I am gone that they can cherish for a lifetime. I LOVE this! It’s such a versatile album! My inspiration would be to finally create a tribute album for my youngest brother, who died at the age of 24. This album is classy and would be perfect for a “male” type album – not too girly, yet still beautiful. I don’t have many pictures of him because there was quite an age difference, but this album would allow me to put the photos together in a beautiful place. Thanks for the chance! Archiver’s is my FAVORITE!

Years ago I put together all of my grandmothers pictures into a 12×12 scrapbook for her. When my grandmother passed away, my parents kept the book. Before Christmas, my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. On several occasions over the past few months, I have watched my mom paging through the old scrapbook. While the pictures make my mom laugh, and bring back fond family memories for her, she struggles with the size of the album. It’s just too large for her to handle comfortably. The 6×6 size of this album would be perfect to capture all of the family pics in a smaller, more easy for her to handle size. Thank you for the chance to win!
-
Beautiful album – love the color combination! I’ve been wanting to do a book in these colors and would love to win this one to put this year’s pictures of my boys together for my mother-in-law. She would love it!
Thank you!

I would love to put this years pics of my 2 year old daughter for her grandmas.
Most likely Easter Pics.

When my son was born, I used to sing him to sleep to “You Are My Sunshine.” So when MME put out their Lost and Found Sunshine paper line, I knew I had to buy it to make an album for my son. He is a Junior in high school now and I am finishing his scrapbook for his graduation next year, using this gorgeous paper. I would love the chance to win this contest so I can make myself a mini version of the one I am making for him.
