Such beautiful and organized spaces. I've done well at keeping my little craft room nice and neat. I'm a bit of a neat freak (I actually clean as I craft) and I use JetMax storage cubes/drawers, but my #1 way of keeping my craft space clean is.....(Drum roll please), I keep my husband out of my room. :o)

I saw on one blog, a lady bought an old gun rack at a thrift shop and painted it, then used dowels across the gun hooks to hold her ribbon.

I'm looking for one now.

I found cool spice racks at Ikea that have a lid with a hole and hang in their own metal holder. The cool thing is that they hang on the wall, leaving precious counter space for my other tools.
For ribbon I found a great deal on a ribbon holder during Scrap Fest this year but have often thought that just a simple dowel on two wooden curtain rod hooks might work well. Then I can get different dowel diamaters since ribbon can vary greatly in size.

Love to organize my stuff, that's for sure. Leaving room for crafting is what it's all about!

I pretty much have the same thing going on that you do. Most of my stuff is organized (thanks to a lot of hard work last year) but, the one thing still driving me bonkers are the loose ends---the couple/few containers of stuff that I have yet to deal with. I'll be honest, too. These containers have unfinished projects just begging to be completed. They stare at me every day now as I made it a point on the 1st of this year to pull them out and finish them up. For random and assorted reasons, they never got done the first time---mainly because I changed gears halfway through these projects and needed other supplies that I didn't have at the time to finish them up. Also, I agree with what Karen said about ribbon storage. I'm not at all happy with the way I've got this currently stored. I know for sure that I don't want another box or container to take up anymore space. I'm looking to install some type of wall unit---the kind with a roll-type bar, not too long and hanging on the side wall next to my desk.

I use lots of plastic boxes, bookshelves and binders.

The biggest problems for me are ribbon and paper. Can't seem to find a good way to keep it easy to use and organized.
