I made a pillow box with this idea in mind a couple of months ago. Mine is a holiday (xmas) theme.
I used heavyweight white cardstock for the pillow box and then ran it though with the Cuttlebug Snowflake embossing folder. Made a black belly band to go around the middle (top to bottom---not side to side). Left a little extra cardstock at the top of the band and used my Crop A Dile and put a silver eyelet in at the top of the band. Then, I stamped a 'Merry Christmas' image on black cardstock and used red tinsel embossing power. Cut that out with an oval punch and placed it in the center of the box in front of the belly band with a foam square. It can either hang from a Christmas tree with treats or it can also be tied to a package. Looks so cute & elegant!! I know, it's only May and already I'm making Christmas stuff....lol
